Flagship App

TL;DR

My first opportunity to own and work on a digital product. I designed Forever 21's debut mobile app targeting their young demographic, aiming to boost sales and enhance social media engagement. The design featured novel horizontal and vertical scrolling to navigate between content feeds, mini apps, and libraries.

This project showcases my first UX work and ability to experiment and innovate in new modalities.

The user can view the latest videos from Forever 21 on the video page.

Shop By Outfit

Taking advantage of Forever 21's rich lookbook images, the user can view and shop and entire outfit.

New Arrivals

With over 100 new items added everyday, the user can shop Forever21.com from the mobile app.

Secondary Nav

Alongside the main content in the horizontal navigation, users can swipe up to reveal the secondary navigation. Here, they can access their Style Journal, Shake & Make Styler, Forever21.com, digital coupons, and app settings.

Shake & Make

Users select a desired trend and occasion, then shake their phone. They can lock items they like while exploring additional pieces. Once they find a complete look, they can add accessories, save it to their Style Journal, or directly shop it. The settings menu lets users personalize their experience by selecting sizes and favorite pieces, tailoring results to their style preferences.

The style journal allows the user to create a wishlist or assemble an outfit that they can purchase at a later time.

My Closet

Once the user has made a purchase they can load it to their digital closet using their online order code, or by scanning the barcode on their receipt.
